Fascia Club is a general wellness practice for posture, breathing, mobility and everyday tension. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for care from a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it makes no claims about changing your facial or skeletal structure.
Movement carries some risk. By following any session or movement shown by Fascia Club, you accept that you are doing so at your own discretion. Stop if something hurts. If you have an injury, a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a movement is appropriate for you, ask a clinician before you begin.
Content on this site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it. Product names, prices and availability shown in the shop are provisional until the shop is open for purchase.
The morning session is free for as long as you want it, with no card and no account. The Club unlocks all three daily sessions, the sessions for the moment, every quick reset, the full movement library, every lesson and the twelve-week plan.
The Club is $59.99 a year, which works out at $5.00 a month, or $12.99 a month billed monthly. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan does not.
Both plans renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before a term ends, Apple renews it and charges the plan's price again. A free trial that is not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends becomes a paid annual subscription.
Buying, managing and cancelling all happen through Apple, in your Apple ID subscription settings. We cannot cancel or refund a subscription for you. Prices may differ by country, and Apple sets the local price. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe before it ends.
Purchases through the App Store are also subject to Apple's own terms.
