Who we are

Fascia Club is made by Clio Studios, Inc., a California corporation. Questions about this policy go to hello@fasciaclub.app.

What this site collects

If you join the waitlist or ask to be told when a product ships, we collect the email address you enter and, for product notifications, which product you were interested in. That is all this site asks for.

The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which stores submissions on our behalf. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to how it handles that data.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site, and no third-party scripts or fonts are loaded from other companies' servers.

How we use it

To send you one email when Fascia Club opens, or one when a product you asked about is available. We do not sell email addresses, share them with third parties for their own marketing, or add you to anything you did not ask for.

Your choices

Email hello@fasciaclub.app and we will delete your address from our records. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

The app

This section covers the Fascia Club iPhone app. The app does not ask for an email address or an account, and today everything it records stays on your phone.

What stays on your phone

Your onboarding answers: your age, what you want from the practice, how stiff your mornings are, how long you spend seated, your usual wake-up time, what you have tried before, any areas you marked as needing care, what you want to still be doing decades from now, and where you heard about the app.

Your practice: which session, reset or moment you did, when, for how long, and which movements you completed or skipped.

Your settings: whether reminders are on, your sound options, the streak goal you picked, which lessons you have read, and which one-time prompts the app has already shown you.

None of it leaves your phone today. Deleting the app deletes it.

Areas you mark as needing care

That answer sits close to health information, so we treat it that way. It is used for one thing: showing you a line to go lighter when a movement reaches an area you named. It is not shared, and today it does not leave your phone.

What we do not do

There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking software of any kind in the app. Nothing follows you across other apps or websites. If that ever changes, this policy changes first.

Reminders

Reminders are off until you turn them on, and the app offers that only after your first session. They are scheduled by your phone. No server is involved and we cannot see them.

Payment

Subscriptions are bought and cancelled through Apple. We never see your card or your billing details. Once purchases are switched on we will use RevenueCat to check whether a subscription is active.

Accounts, later

We plan to add optional accounts so your practice survives a new phone, using Supabase. If and when that ships, the stored profile would hold the onboarding answers above, the plan you chose and when you finished onboarding, with practice records syncing afterward. This policy will say so before any of it is turned on.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change with it.
